姚玉峰，女，1979年3月生，理学博士，现为盐城师范学院教师，副教授。2002年获南京师范大学盐城师院本科班理学学位，2008年获扬州大学理学硕士学位，2020年获扬州大学理学博士学位，先后在国内外著名学术刊物上发表论文10篇，其中被SCI摘录的4篇，第一发明人获批国家发明专利1项。
